【摘要】 目的:探讨在腮腺良性肿瘤手术患者中运用美容切口及胸锁乳突肌瓣进行治疗的临床疗效及美学效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年12月在笔者医院接受腮腺良性肿瘤手术治疗的48例患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组24例。对照组患者均接受常规模式的手术切口处理,观察组患者接受美容切口以及胸锁乳突肌瓣治疗。分析两组患者术后的并发症、复发情况以及美学满意度情况。结果:术后,观察组患者的并发症发生率及术后复发率与对照组比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组患者的美学满意度为95.83%,对照组患者的美学满意度为75.00%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于腮腺良性肿瘤,采用手术治疗时,美容切口联合胸锁乳突肌瓣的手术方式疗效良好,术后患者并发症发生率及术后复发率不会增加,且美学效果改善明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of cosmetic incision and sternocleidomastoid muscle ? ap in the treatment of parotid benign tumor. Methods We selected 48 patients who received surgical treatment for benign parotid gland tumors in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017.According to the random number table method, 24 cases was divided into observation group and control group, respectively. Patients in the control group received conventional surgical incision treatment, while patients in the observation group received cosmetic incision and sternocleidomastoid ? ap treatment.The postoperative complications, recurrence and aesthetic satisfaction between the two groups were analyzed. Results There was no signi? cant difference in complication rate and recurrence rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 95.83%, and that of the patients in the control group was 75.00%. The difference between the two groups was statistically signi? cant(P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice,cosmetic incision and sternocleidomastoid muscle ? ap are effective in the surgical treatment of benign parotid gland tumors.The postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate of patients will not increase, but the aesthetic effect is signi? cantly improved.更多还原
