【摘要】 目的:探讨微针导入富血小板血浆(PlateletRichPlasma,PRP)在面部皮肤美容中的应用疗效。方法:选择笔者科室自2016年以来就诊的56例要求行面部皮肤美容的女性就医者,抽取肘静脉血经二次离心制备获得自体PRP,采用电动纳米微针在颜面部导入自体PRP,每20d重复治疗1次,3次为1个疗程。疗程结束后1个月从肤质、肤色、色斑、细纹、皮肤弹性五个方面由治疗医师、就医者及第三方综合评价疗效,统计就医者满意率。结果:1个疗程结束后1个月,治疗医师评价总有效率为92.9%,就医者评价总有效率为91.1%,第三方评价总有效率为92.9%,就医者满意度达91.1%,所有就医者治疗后均未出现过敏、水疱、瘀血等情况,肤质、肤色、色斑、细纹、皮肤弹性等方面均较术前有较大改善。结论:采用电动纳米微针导入PRP应用于面部皮肤美容效果良好,并发症少,就医者满意度高,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of microneedle injection of platelet rich plasma(PRP) for facial skin cosmetology. Methods 56 women who asked for facial skin cosmetology in our department since 2016. Autologous PRP was obtained by twice centrifugation, and PRP was introduced into the face by electric nanoscale microacupuncture. Repeated treatment was every 20 days, and 3 times was a course of treatment. One month after the end of the course, the treatment effect was evaluated from five aspects: skin texture, skin color, color spots, fine lines and skin elasticity by the therapist, the patients and the three party, and statistical patient satisfaction rate. Results The total effective rate of physician evaluation was 92.9%, the total effective rate of patient evaluation was 91.1%, the total effective rate of the third party evaluation was 92.9%, and the satisfaction rate of patients was 91.1%. All patients had no allergy, blister, and blood stasis after treatment. The skin quality, skin color, color spots, fine lines, skin elasticity were greatly improved. Conclusion The application of electric nanoscale microneedle to PRP has good effect on facial skin cosmetology, with fewer complications and higher patient satisfaction.
