阳离子交换膜在高盐废水处理中的应用
Application of cation exchange membrane in the treatment of high-salt wastewater
【摘要】 工业生产中高盐废水排放会造成严重的环境污染,利用阳离子交换膜处理高盐废水意义重大.提出了一种新的阳离子交换膜制备方法,并将其应用在高盐废水处理中.分析了阳离子交换膜分离技术的原理,在此基础上进行阳离子交换膜的制备.评测所制备阳离子交换膜的含水率、溶胀度、离子交换容量和膜力学性能,证明所制备膜的可应用性.设计实验验证阳离子交换膜在高盐废水处理中的应用性能,结果表明,本文方法具有操作运行简单、去除效率较高、二次污染小和能耗低等优点,整体更具应用优势.
【Abstract】 Effluent of high-salt wastewater in industrial production causes serious environmental pollution, and the use of cation exchange membranes to treat high-salt wastewater is of great significance. In this paper, a new method for preparation of cation exchange membrane was proposed and applied to high-salt wastewater treatment. Firstly, the principle of cation-exchange membrane separation technology was analyzed, and then the preparation of cationexchange membrane was carried out. The water content, swelling degree, ion exchange capacity and mechanical properties of the prepared cation-exchange membrane were tested, and the applicability of the prepared membrane was proved. The application performance of cation-exchange membrane in the treatment of high salt wastewater was verified by experiments. The results show that the method has the advantages of operation simply, high removal efficiency, low secondary pollution and low energy consumption.
