千米深井中央泵房围岩支护数值模拟研究

【摘要】 为了保证千米深井中央泵房硐室围岩支护安全,以赵楼煤矿中央泵房硐室为研究对象,利用FLAC3D模拟软件分别建立未支护与锚网喷支护、锚网索喷支护以及锚网索喷注支护三种支护方案下的数值模型,对比分析不同支护条件下赵楼煤矿泵房硐室围岩位移和受力情况。分析结果表明:与未支护相比,支护条件下围岩位移、受力均有明显减小,其中锚注支护方案条件下围岩最大位移仅为15. 9mm,硐室围岩最大压应力为5MPa,未出现拉应力,两帮和拱部匀摊受力荷载,未出现应力集中现象;锚注支护消除了支护体系的薄弱环节,保证了中央泵房围岩的整体性、稳定性及安全性,为以后相似条件下的围岩支护提供一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 In order to study the support effect of different support schemes in the surrounding rock of the central pump house in1000 m-deeper Mine, taking the central pumping chamber of Zhaolou Coal Mine as the research object, the FLAC3 D simulation software was used to establish the unsupported and bolt-net-spray supported,the bolt-net-cable-spray supported and the bolt-net-cable-injection supported models. Comparative analysis was carried out for displacement and stress of surrounding rock of the pump house under different support conditions. The results show that compared with the unsupported,the displacement and stress under the support conditions are significantly reduced. Among them,the maximum surrounding rock displacement under bolt-grouting scheme is only 15. 9 mm,the maximum surrounding rock compressive stress of chamber is 5 MPa,no tensile stress occurs,and the stress is distributed evenly on the two sides and arches,no stress concentration occurs. The bolt support eliminates the weak link of the support system and ensures the integrity,stability and safety of the surrounding rock of the central pump house. It will provide some reference for the surrounding rock support under similar conditions.
