【Abstract】 With the grasp of the spirited essen of Xi Jinping’s important discussions on Poverty Alleviation, and the understanding of basic strategies for Poverty Alleviation, Anhui Province implements the Development of Yangtze River Economic Belt by recruiting poor students from Western Minority areas into secondary vocational schools in Ma’anshan for skills learning, with the purpose of trans-regionally alleviating poverty in western areas through cooperation between government, industry and education. The target of "Traning a student, solving an employment problem, raising a family from poverty"may be achieved through vocational education and traing so as to innovate the poverty alleviation of vocational-education mode with Chinese charactoristics.更多还原
