【摘要】 培养服务民族地区经济社会发展需要的一流应用型人才是民族高校重要的历史使命。本文从培养目标定位、培养模式、培养环境等方面分析了制约民族高校一流应用型人才培养的主要因素,构建了师生学习共同体和产教融合共同体,从"建设一流专业、打造一流课程、培育一流师资、形成一流质保、培育一流质量文化"等五个方面培养一流应用型人才,大力提升民族高校应用型人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important historical mission for university for nationalities to cultivate first-class applied talents who satisfy the needs of economic development in ethnic areas. This paper analyzes the main factors which retrain first-class applied talent cultivation in national university from orientation of cultivation target,cultivation mode,and cultivation environment. Combined with the actual situation,the university constructs teacher-student learning community and the community of integration between industry and education. With the expectation to promote the quality of applied talents in national university,the university clarifies the task of cultivation from constructing first-class major,developing first-class subjects,fostering first-class teaching staff,forming first-class quality assurance system,and shaping first-class quality culture.更多还原
