【摘要】 教师的专业精神是教师专业素质的核心部分,影响着教师工作的投入程度和教学效果。民族院校独特的办学定位、教学环境、科研工作及校园文化都对教师的专业精神提出更高的要求。然而,由于教师对民族院校办学使命理解存在不足、人才外流现象突出、非个性化的科研考核制度以及教师多元文化素养欠缺等因素的影响,教师专业精神的发展受到制约。建议应强化政治使命感和责任感,加强民族团结;优化教学资源稳定队伍,增强教师职业意识;完善科研评价考核制度,突出科研的区域性和服务性;提高民族文化素养,自觉传承民族文化,提高民族院校教师的专业精神。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teacher’s professional spirit is the core part of teacher’s professional quality, which affects the involvement load of teacher’s work and teaching effect.The unique orientation, teaching environment, scientific research and campus culture of ethnic colleges and universities all put forward higher requirements for teachers’ professional spirit.However, the development of teachers’ professional spirit is restricted by such factors as teachers’ insufficient understanding of the orientation of ethnological colleges and universities, outstanding brain drain,non-individualized evaluation system for scientific research, and teachers’ lack of multicultural accomplishment.To strengthen the sense of political mission and responsibility, strengthen national unity;Optimizing teaching resources, stabilizing the teaching staff and enhancing teachers’ professional consciousness;We should improve the evaluation and assessment system for scientific research and make it regional and service-oriented.Improving national cultural literacy, consciously inherit national culture and other strategies to improve the professional spirit of teachers in ethnological colleges and universities.更多还原
