【Abstract】 In today’s world,economic globalization and cultural diversity have become the trend of social development. In order to promote further cooperation in various fields among countries,the Chinese government has began to implement the initiative of the "Belt and Road" since 2013 and then came up with the "Belt and Road" Education Action Plan in 2016. In the initiative of the "Belt and Road",ethnic areas are the important fulcrum of the initiative of the "Belt and Road". Ethnic colleges and universities asanimportantengine for the development of ethnic regions should seize the opportunity and actively integrate themselves into the initiative of the "Belt and Road". Hence,ethnic colleges and universities should set up the scientific outlook on its development,and the orientation of running schools should be correctly located. Besides,they should have the global awareness and promote education opening to the outside world. What’s more,they should enhance the sense of historical mission and take social responsibility consciously.更多还原
