走架纺天丝/醋青纤维/羊绒粗纺高支纱的工艺设计

【摘要】 针对市场对高支粗纺纱及环保功能纤维的需求,探讨高支天丝/醋青纤维/羊绒多组分纱线的开发,从原料优选、配比、工艺参数设置、设备及温湿度控制等方面对高支纱的生产进行研究。采用立锭走架细纱机,根据纤维的主要性能及混纺比,合理配置工艺流程,解决了走架纺技术上的问题,实现了粗纺高支纱生产的顺利进行,获得了具有柔软、低起球、抗静电、温暖舒适的生态纱线。测试结果表明,该纱线达到了FZ/T 22002—2010《粗梳机织毛纱》一等品要求。

【Abstract】 To meet the market demand for environmental friendly fibers and high-count yarns, high count yarn with Tencel/acetate acrylic fiber/cashmere was developed, and the production of the yarn was studied from perspective of raw material ratio optimization, reasonable process parameters setting, selfacting stand machine optimization and temperature and humidity controlling. In this paper, technical problems and product performance were discussed and tested. The final product has characteristics of soft, warm, high pilling resistance, electrical resistance and other characteristics, which reached the requirements of industry standards.
