聚醚酯-聚酯共混体短纤维的制造和性能
Fabrication and properties of staple fibers based on poly (ether ester)-polyester blends
【摘要】 为了制备弹性回复性能更好的纤维,采用聚醚酯(PEE)与聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)的共混体切片进行熔体纺丝,得到的弹性纤维在室温下表现出橡胶弹性。对共混体切片进行熔体纺丝的主要工艺流程及主要参数为:双螺杆共混造粒(双螺杆温度255℃,真空度0.08 MPa);真空干燥(转鼓温度160℃,干燥9 h,真空度0.092 MPa);熔体纺丝(熔体温度260℃,纺丝箱压力5 MPa,卷绕速度1 200 m/min);初生纤维拉伸(拉伸比3.05,第1水浴温度63℃,第2蒸汽箱温度102℃)。拉伸工艺结束后,纤维线密度为1.67 dtex,拉伸强度为2.84 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为63%。当纤维伸长率为15%时,其弹性回复率大于95%。所得PEE-PBT共混体纤维与羊毛纤维的力学性能比较接近,且PEE-PBT共混体的弹性回复率稍高于羊毛纤维。
【Abstract】 In order to fabricate fibers with better elastic recovery, the blended chips of poly(ether ester)(PEE) and poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT) were used by the way of the melt spinning. The obtained elastomeric fibers showed the rubber elasticity at the room temperature. The technical process of melt spinning and its main parameters were listed as follows: Blending(twin screw blending granulation temperature 255 ℃, vacuum 0.08 MPa); Vacuum drying(drum temperature 160 ℃ for 9 hours, vacuum 0.092 MPa); Melt spinning(melt temperature 260 ℃, spinning box pressure 5 MPa, winding speed 1 200 m/min); Drawing of as-spun tow(the drawing ratio 3.05, the first water bath temperature 63 ℃, and the second steam tank temperature 102 ℃). After finishing the drawing process, the fiber had a liner density of 1.67 dtex, a tenacity of 2.84 cN/dtex and a breaking elongation of 63 %. When the elongation of the fibers was 15 %, its elastic recovery was more than 95 %. The stress-strain curve of the obtained fiber of PEE-PBT blend was close to that of wool, but the elastic recovery of the former was higher than that of the later.
