乌拉草过碳酸钠脱胶工艺研究

【摘要】 采用一种新型的环境友好型氧化剂过碳酸钠对乌拉草进行处理,研究煮练温度、煮练时间、过碳酸钠用量等因素对乌拉草脱胶漂白效果的影响。以制成纤维的断裂强度为评价指标,用极差分析法和方差分析法得出最优脱胶工艺为:煮练温度85℃、煮练时间120 min、过碳酸钠用量30%(owf)。最佳方案下制得纤维的长度、直径、断裂强度分别是52 mm、70. 2μm、8. 26 cN/dtex。并对制得的乌拉草纤维进行了红外光谱和X-衍射光谱表征,证明经过碳酸钠脱胶处理后乌拉草纤维中的果胶物质、木质素、半纤维素等得到了有效去除。

【Abstract】 Meyer Sedge was treated with environmental friendly sodium percarbonate. The effect of degumming temperature,time and sodium percarbonate concentration on the degumming and bleaching effect of Meyer Sedge were studied. The breaking strength of the finished fiber was taken as the evaluation index,the optimum degumming process was obtained by the range analysis method and the variance analysis method: the degumming temperature was 85 ℃,the degumming time was 120 min,and the sodium percarbonate concentration was 30%. Under the optimum treatment condition,the fiber length,diameter and breaking strength were 52 mm,70. 2 μm and 12. 40 cN/dtex,respectively. The Meyer Sedge fibers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy. It is proved that pectin substances,lignin and hemicellulose in Meyer Sedge fiber were effectively removed after degumming with sodium percarbonate.
