阻燃涤纶混纺试样的阻燃性能研究

【摘要】 研究阻燃涤纶混纺试样的阻燃性能。测试了阻燃涤纶和腈氯纶、芳纶、阻燃粘胶的断裂强度及试样的极限氧指数;按照不同的比例,将阻燃涤纶分别与腈氯纶、芳纶、阻燃粘胶混纺,测试了混纺试样的极限氧指数,观察并记录了燃烧情况。结果表明:与腈氯纶、芳纶混纺,可以有效解决阻燃涤纶熔滴问题。认为:阻燃涤纶混纺试样具有较好的阻燃效果,可以应用于阻燃防护服中。

【Abstract】 Flame retardant properties of flame retardant polyester blended samples were studied.Breaking strength of flame retardant polyester,modacrylic fiber,aramid fiber and flame retardant viscose and limiting oxygen index of sample were tested.According to different proportions,flame retardant polyester was separately blended with modacrylic fiber,aramid fiber and flame retardant viscose.Limiting oxygen index of blended samples was tested and combustion condition were observed and recorded.The results showed that problem of flame retardant polyester droplets can be effectively solved when blending with modacrylic fiber and aramid fiber.It is considered that flame retardant polyester blended sample has better flame retardant effect and can be applied to flame retardant protective clothing.
