色纺纱成色机理的探讨
Discussion on the Coloring Mechanism of Colored Spun Yarn
【摘要】 探讨色纺纱的成色机理。采用红、黄、蓝3种颜色的棉纤维,按照不同比例混和,纺纱制成色样;运用Photoshop软件处理色样并测试RGB值;通过对测试数据的分析,了解色纺纱的成色机理,并以数学函数呈现。结果表明:色纤维混和是一种基于空间混和特征,且包含了加色和减色混和的一种新型混和模式;在空间混和理论计算基础上融合数学函数关系,可解析色纤维混和的成色规律。认为:建立的理论计算与测试结果之间的换算方法,可预测色纤维混和后的颜色。
【Abstract】 Coloring mechanism of colored spun yarn was discussed.Red cotton yellow cotton and blue cotton were adopted.Colored yarn samples were spun with different blending ratios.Photoshop software was used to treat colored sample and test the RGB value were tested.By analyzing the testing data,the coloring mechanism of colored spun yarn was understood and shown in mathematical function.The test results showed colored fiber blending was a characteristic based on space blending.It was a new blending mode contained additive color blending and subtraction color blending.Mathematical function relationship was merged based on space blending theoretical calculation.The coloring mechanism of colored fiber blending was explained.It is considered the conversion method established between theoretical calculation and test results can be used to predict blended fiber color.
