等离子体处理对石墨烯复合棉织物性能的影响
Influence of Plasma Treatment on Graphene Composited Cotton Fabric Property
【摘要】 探讨等离子体处理对石墨烯复合棉织物性能的影响。采用等离子体技术处理棉织物,结合浸渍-还原法在棉织物表面沉积还原石墨烯薄层。测试了等离子体处理过程中氧氩比例、处理时间和处理功率等因素对棉织物导电性能、微观形貌、耐水洗性能和表面浸润性能的影响,进而讨论了等离子体处理对棉织物与石墨烯之间黏合牢度的影响。研究结果表明:在氧氩比例为3∶9、处理时间为25 min、处理功率为230 W时所获得的石墨烯复合棉织物黏合牢度较理想。认为:通过等离子体处理能有效增强棉织物表面粗糙度,增加棉织物与石墨烯之间的黏合牢度,从而提高复合棉织物的导电性能。
【Abstract】 Influence of plasma treatment on graphene composited cotton fabrics property was discussed.Plasma technology was adopted to treat cotton fabrics.Immersion-reduction method was combined for the deposition and reduction of graphene thin layer on the surface of cotton fabric.The influence of the elements like oxygen argon proportion,treatment time,treatment power and so on during plasma treatment on the properties of cotton fabrics like electrical conductivity,microstructure,washability and surface immersion property were tested.Moreover,influence of plasma treatment on adhesion fastness between cotton fabric and graphene was further discussed.The research results showed that the adhesion fastness of graphene composited cotton fabric was better when the oxygen argon proportion was 3∶9,the treatment time was 25 min and the treatment power was 230 W.It is considered that the surface roughness of cotton fabric can be effectively enlarged through plasma treatment.The adhesion fastness between cotton fabric and graphene can be enhanced.Then the electrical conductivity of composited cotton fabric is increased.
