棉纺纤维可纺性的分析和研究

【摘要】 探讨棉纺纤维可纺性的问题。分析了纤维可纺性的广义概念,提出了棉纺纤维可纺性基本要求和限制,可纺性不良纤维表现的特征。阐明了纺纱静电问题是可纺性不良的主要关键,并提出了解决的主要途径、方法。对常见可纺性较差的纤维做了实例分析和评议。认为:改善棉纺纤维可纺性是纺好纱的一项基础工作。

【Abstract】 Spinnability problem of cotton spinning fiber was discussed.General concept of fiber spinnability was analyzed.Basic requirements and limitations of cotton spinning fiber spinnability and performance of poor spinnability fiber were proposed.Electrostatic problem in spinning was the main key to poor spinnability.Main ways and methods for solving the problem were proposed.Case analysis and evaluation of common fibers with poor spinnability were made.It is considered that improving spinnability of cotton spinning fiber is a basic work of spinning better yarn.
