【摘要】 探讨Photoshop软件应用于色纺纱对色中的可行性。为了提高色纺纱打样对色的准确率,适应"小批量,多品种,快交货"的生产特点,利用Photoshop软件对色纺纱色样的扫描图像进行处理,使布面色彩混合均匀后获取其颜色特征值。指出:该方法可提高色纺纱生产中的对色效率和准确率,可量化色纺纱的色彩偏差并辅助配色。认为:运用Photoshop软件可实现色纺纱的计算机精准配色和对色。更多还原

【Abstract】 Feasibility of Photoshop software applied in color match of colored spun yarn was discussed.In order to increase the accuracy in color match of colored spun yarn,adapt to the"smaller amounts,more varieties,faster delivery"production characteristics,using Photoshop software to scan images of the colored spun yarn for processing,make the cloth color evenly mixed to obtain the color characteristic value.It was pointed out that this method can improve the efficiency and accuracy,quantify the color deviation and auxiliary color matching of colored spun yarn in production.It is considered that using Photoshop software can realize accurate computer color blending and color match of colored spun yarn.更多还原
