产品族工程图模块化设计方法研究
Study on Modular Design of Product Family-Based Engineering Drawing
【摘要】 为实现产品族工程图的快速生成,提出了工程图模块化设计方法。分析产品结构,划分产品工程图族,定制各自的工程图模板。将工程图模板分为可动模板和固定模板,根据客户需求,应用参数化技术驱动产品的可动模板衍生所需模型可动模板,将可动模板与固定模板相融合,快速形成所需的产品工程图。最后,以某电梯井道土建布置图为应用对象,采用二次开发技术和参数化技术开发了原型系统,结果验证了所提方法的可行性和实用性。
【Abstract】 To quickly generate the product family-based engineering drawing, a parametric design method of product drawing based on template is proposed. A standard drawing template is customized for each drawing of the product family, which is classified based on structures. Furthermore, the template is divided into variable part and fixed part. The parameter-driven variable part can generate new ones to meet the customer’s needs. Thus the customized product engineering drawing is formed by combining the fixed template with variable template.Finally, a system is developed for elevator shaft civil layout drawing by adopting secondary development technology and parameterization technique, and the result verifies the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method.
