【Abstract】 This paper firstly expounds the value connotation of inner-party political culture in the new age from the perspective of "public service",and holds that it reflects the distinctive temperament of the Marxist party,and that advocating and developing the inner-party political culture of "public service" is of great benefit to purify the political ecology.Secondly,it enumerates all kinds of manifestations of the current "for private" culture with egoism as the core,which seriously degrades party conduct and government conduct.Thirdly,it puts forward three important measures to promote the construction of inner-party political culture with the value of "respecting the public and restraining the private" in the new situation,that is,to play the guiding role of political education,to play the normative and binding role of party discipline and national law,and to lead the leading cadres to be exemplary.更多还原
