【摘要】 目的探讨结核病患者中性粒细胞(polymorphoonuclear cell,PMN)表面CD16的在凋亡过程中的表达及意义。方法分离结核病患者PMN,体外培养0～48h,应用流式细胞仪检测PMN凋亡过程中其表面CD16表达率和吞噬结核分枝杆菌吞噬率,同时以健康人作对照。结果结核病患者PMN培养过程中凋亡率不断增加(P<0.05),表面CD16分子表达率和吞噬率均随时间延长不断下降(P<0.05)。健康人PMN凋亡过程中CD16分子表达率和吞噬率也随时间延长不断降低(P<0.05)。结论结核病患者PMN自发凋亡过程中存在CD16表达的变化,提示CD16分子可能参与PMN凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expressions of CD16 on neutrophils in tuberculosis patients and explore their significance.Methods The neutrophils were separated from tuberculosis patients and cultivated for 0～48 h.The expressions of CD16,apoptosis rate and phagocytic rate of 5 min was detected by flow cytometry.Results were compared with healthy people.Results Apoptosis rate of PMN from tuberculosis patients increased with the extension of time(P<0.05).The expressions of CD16 and the rate of phagocytosis on neutrophils in tuberculosis patients were extended over time coming down(P<0.05).The expressions of CD16 and the rate of phagocytosis of neutrophils in healthy people were extended over time coming down in the process of spontaneous apoptosis of PMN(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of CD16 on neutrophils from tuberculosis patients could change in the process of spontaneous apoptosis.CD16 might be involved in the process of apoptosis of neutrophils from tuberculosis patients.更多还原
