【摘要】 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的表达及临床意义。方法选取2018年1月至2018年6月间在我院进行治疗的急性脑梗死患者80例作为观察组,另选取同期在我院体检的健康志愿者80例作为对照组。比较两组研究对象血清CRP、Hcy、IL-6的表达,比较不同病情急性脑梗死患者血清CRP、Hcy及IL-6水平的表达,并分析各因子之间的相关性。结果治疗前观察组血清CRP、Hcy、IL-6水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者血清CRP、Hcy、IL-6水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。重型急性脑梗死患者血清CRP、Hcy、IL-6水平明显高于中型、轻型急性脑梗死患者,中型急性脑梗死患者血清CRP、Hcy、IL-6水平明显高于轻型急性脑梗死患者(P<0.05)。急性脑梗死患者血清CRP与Hcy、IL-6呈正相关(P<0.05),血清Hcy与IL-6呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清中的CRP、Hcy、IL-6呈高表达,与患者病情严重程度有相关性,且三个指标之间相互呈线性关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the serum levels of C-reactive protein( CRP),homocysteine( Hcy) and interleukin-6( IL-6) in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its clinical significance.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group. Another 80 healthy volunteers in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The expressions of serum CRP,Hcy and IL-6 were compared between the two groups,the expressions of serum CRP,Hcy and IL-6 were compared between the patients with different conditions,and the correlation between various factors were analyzed.Results The levels of serum CRP,Hcy and IL-6 in the observation group before treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group( P<0.05). After treatment,the serum levels of CRP,Hcy and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment( P<0.05).The serum levels of CRP,Hcy and IL-6 in patients with severe acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in patients with moderate and mild acute cerebral infarction,and the serum levels of CRP,Hcy and IL-6 in patients with moderate acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in patients with mild acute cerebral infarction( P< 0.05). Serum CRP was positively correlated with Hcy and IL-6 in patients with acute cerebral infarction( P<0.05),and serum Hcy was positively correlated with IL-6( P< 0.05). Conclusion The levels of CRP,Hcy and IL-6 in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction were higher,and the expression level wascorrelated to the severity of the disease,and there was a linear relationship among the three indicators.更多还原
