沙棘收割粉碎联合机的设计

【摘要】 在分析沙棘生长特性和比较国内外割灌机性能的基础上,设计了一款适用于多砂石沙漠区域作业的沙棘收割粉碎联合机。介绍了该机械总体结构、工作原理及关键零部件的设计。沙棘收割粉碎联合机主要由履带式行走装置、切割装置、粉碎装置三部分组成。样机在2.5km/h的行驶速度下进行了沙棘的试验收割粉碎作业,试验结果表明:该机具有较好的地面仿形性能和机动性能;切割后的沙棘根部劈裂率在5%以下;平茬后,留茬高度100mm~150mm,茬口相对平滑。整机设计满足一定的沙棘平茬作业要求。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of sea-buckthom growth characteristics and the comparison of brush cutters products at home and abroad, the paper presents the design of sea-buckthom combine harvester operated in multi-sand desert areas.Firstly the article introduces the overall structure of the machine, working principle and the design of key components.The sea-buckthom combine harvester includes a crawler walking device, cutting device and crushing device. Finally the prototype was tested at a speed of 2.5 km/h. The trials results show that the prototype has ground profiling performance and maneuverability; the root splitting rate of sea-buckthom after stumping is less than 5%; the height of stubble is 100 mm-150 mm, and the cutting surfaces is relatively smooth after stumping. The machine design meets certain requirements for sea-buckthom stumping requirements.
