粒径及填充量对木薯秸秆粉末/PPC复合材料力学性能的影响
Effect of Cassava Straw Powder Size and Usage on Mechanical Properties of Cassava Straw/PPC Composites
【摘要】 利用木薯秸秆粉末和可降解的聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC),采用挤出造粒、热压成型方法制备木塑复合材料,分析木薯秸秆粉末的粒径和填充量对复合材料的力学性能的影响。综合考虑复合材料的力学性能以及木薯秸秆的利用率,确定较优的木薯秸秆粉末粒径为80~140目,填充量为50%。依此条件制备的复合材料,弯曲强度达到GB/T24137-2009《木塑装饰板》的要求(≥20 MPa)。
【Abstract】 In order to promote utilization of cassava straw, cassava straw powders were made and blended with degradable polypropylene carbonate(PPC) to make composite samples by extrusion-granulation and hot-press molding method. Effects of the cassava straw powder size and usage on mechanical properties of the composite samples were evaluated.The results showed that bending strength of the composite samples made from cassava straw powder in80-140 meshes and 50% of usage could meet requirements of China national standard GB/T 24137-2009"Wood-plastic decorative board".
