【摘要】 目的:评价自体富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)治疗麻风溃疡的疗效。方法:采用麻风3例患者的自体血10～20mL,经2次离心后,获取高浓度的富血小板血浆,在麻风溃疡周边及溃疡面内注射治疗,观察不同治疗次数情况下,麻风溃疡的愈合时间、愈合面积等情况。结果:3例患者中,2例患者的3处溃疡得到治愈,1例患者的溃疡面积缩小了95%。结论:PRP疗法治疗麻风溃疡简单、安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the efficacy of autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP) in the treatment of leprosy soles ulcer. Methods: 10-20 mL autologous blood was obtained from three leprosy patients in each, and then, high-concentration platelet-rich plasma was obtained after centrifugation. The blood was injected into the tissues around foot ulcer and the ulcer surface. Results: Of 3 cases, ulcers were curred in 2 cases and significant improvement in one(95% reduction of the foot ulcer). Conclusion: PRP therapy is a simple, safe and effective methods for treating leprosy ulcers.更多还原
