SPECT核素显像法结合手触诊法测量甲状腺重量对131I治疗甲亢疗效的影响分析

【摘要】 目的评价分析SPECT核素显像法结合手触诊法测量甲状腺重量对131I治疗甲亢疗效的影响。方法将我院收治的72例甲亢患者用数字随机法分为观察组和对照组各36例,观察组采用SPECT核素显像法结合手触诊法测量甲状腺重量,并以此为依据进行131I治疗甲亢,对照组采用手触诊法进行甲状腺重量测量和131I治疗甲亢。对比两组甲亢患者131I治疗的效果,FT3、FT4和TSH等甲状腺功能指标,甲状腺球蛋白(hTG)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TG-Ab)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-Ab)等自身抗体变化情况。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组FT3、FT4和TSH甲状腺功能指标和自身抗体hTG、TG-Ab和TPO-Ab水平相比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲亢患者在接受131I治疗时采用SPECT核素显像法结合手触诊法测量甲状腺重量,能够提高临床疗效,获得高度的满意评价,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of SPECT radionuclide imaging combined with hand palpation to measure thyroid weight on the treatment by 131I for hyperthyroidism. Methods 72 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into observation group(n=36) and control group(n=36). The observation group was combined SPECT radionuclide imaging and the hand palpation to measure thyroid weight on the treatment by 131I for hyperthyroidism, and the control group was treated with 131I by hand palpation to measure thyroid weight. The effect of 131I treatment and the changes of thyroid function index(FT3、FT4 and TSH)and autoantibody included human thyroglobulin(hTG), antithyroglobulin antibody(TG-Ab), anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab) were compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. There was significant difference in thyroid function index(FT3、FT4 and TSH) and autoantibody(hTG,TG-Ab and TPO-Ab) value between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The measurement of thyroid weight by SPECT radionuclide imaging and hand palpation in patients with hyperthyroidism can not only improve the clinical efficacy, but also obtain a high degree of satisfactory evaluation, which is worthy of clinical application.
