【Abstract】 Crohn′s disease(CD) is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease.The intestinal lesions are often characterized by ulceration,stenosis and perfiration.Abdominal pain,diarrhea,incomplete intestinal obstruction and fistula formation are common clinical manifestations.Crohn′s disease is a lifelong disease.During the development of the disease,various complications can occur and it has a certain degree of disability.The treatment of Crohn′s disease is mainly drugs based.Individualized treatment plans should be selected at different stages of disease in different periods.This article describes the clinical characteristics of Crohn′s disease,focusing on the classification of its therapeutic drugs and the choice of drug treatment options,especially for the analysis of the need for the combination of drugs.更多还原
