江苏引种红树植物秋茄越冬抗寒技术研究

【摘要】 从红树林的分布北界-浙江苍南引种最耐寒红树植物-秋茄,在江苏南通滩涂区域进行抗寒驯化试验。通过物理水淹和喷洒化学活性物质(脱落酸、烯效唑、植物抗冻剂(哈漫迪和土优塔))的方法来提高秋茄的抗寒越冬能力。试验结果表明:水淹是对秋茄株高、地径、叶片数,以及越冬存活的一个不利因素。例如,水淹处理下的秋茄越冬保存率为0。高浓度的脱落酸、烯效唑、哈漫迪和土优塔均能显著提高秋茄的抗寒能力,其越冬保存率从自然对照的22.6%分别提高到55.0%、55.8%、58.8%和34.6%。

【Abstract】 Mangrove plants are mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical areas, whose distribution range isrestricted by temperature. In recent years, the functionof coastal wetlandsin Jiangsu province hasseriously degraded, as well as the ecological and environmental problems. Therefore, weintroduced Kandelia obovata from Cangnan of Zhejiang province in mudflats of Jiangsu for the experiment of overwintering.Specifically, the cold hardiness of K. obovata was wasimproved by physical flooding and chemical spraying(abscisic acid, uniconazole,andplant antifreeze agent(Hamandi and Tuyouta)). The results showed that flooding was an unfavorable factor for K. obovata growth and survival. Under floodingstress, the survival rate of K. obovata over winter was 0. High concentration of abscisic acid, uniconazole, Hamandi, and Tuyuota significantly improved the cold resistance of K. obovata, whose overwintering retention rates increased from 22.6% of the natural control to 55.0% 、55.8%、58.8%、and 34.6% respectively. Generally,this study broke through the northward limit of distribution of mangrove and provided scientific basis for the northern migration of K. obovata in China.
