村级光伏扶贫电站运行状况分析
Analysis of Operation Status of Village-Level Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation Power Station
【摘要】 村级光伏扶贫电站在提高电网供电能力上可作出巨大贡献。对河北省唐县54个村级光伏扶贫电站的运行状况进行了调查,并根据2017年12月到2018年2月光伏发电有功功率数据和各乡镇变压器的实时负荷数据,对日发电出力特性、容量效益、波动性以及与电网负荷曲线匹配方面进行了研究,得出了容量效益较差、波动性随天气因素影响变化较大的出力特性。同时,研究表明了光伏扶贫电站发电出力曲线与电网负荷曲线有较好的匹配关系,能够有效缓解电网高峰负荷压力。
【Abstract】 Village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations have made great contributions to improving the power supply capacity of the power grid. This research investigated PV power generation data of 54 PV poverty alleviation power stations in Tang County of Hebei Province. And based on the active power data of PV power generation from December 2017 to February 2018 and real-time load data of transformers in each village, the output characteristics of daily power generation, capacity efficiency, volatility and matching with the grid load curve were researched, and it is concluded that the capacity benefit is poor and the fluctuation varies greatly with the influence of weather factors. At the same time, the research shows that the PV power generation output curve has a good matching relationship with the grid load curve, which can effectively alleviate the peak load pressure of the power grid.
