【摘要】 当代中国在现代性构建中,由于受到全球资本主义现代化体系的影响,以及自身现代性发展的历史局限性,产生了一系列的生态正义问题。鉴于现代性是人类社会发展的必然趋势,新时代中国生态正义的建设,在本质上是对已有的社会主义现代性的超越,是现代性与生态环境之间结构性失衡矛盾的化解。生态正义的建构唯有从中国现代性建设出发,持续完善中国特色社会主义现代化实践模式,才能化解工业性生态困境与区域性生态分配不平衡,实现中国特色的社会主义现代性生态正义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of modernity in contemporary China,due to the influence of the global capitalist modernization systemand the historical limitations of its own modernity development,a series of ecological justice problems have arisen. In view of the ob-jective necessity of modernity as the progress of human society,the construction of ecological justice in China in the new era essen-tially transcends the existing socialist modernity and resolves the structural imbalance between modernity and ecological environ-ment. Therefore,the construction of ecological justice can only proceed from the general pattern of Chinese modernity and continu-ously improve the practice mode of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,so as to resolve the industrial ecological pre-dicament and unbalanced regional ecological distribution and realize the socialist modern ecological justice with Chinese characteris-tics.更多还原
