【摘要】 指出了洪湖湿地资源为人类提供了丰富的服务效益,生态系统服务功能价值评估可以使人们科学、充分地认识湿地资源,为洪湖湿地实施针对性的保护利用政策提供参考。基于资源经济学及生态经济学的理论方法,对2017年洪湖湿地的直接使用价值、间接使用价值进行了初步评估。评估结果显示:洪湖湿地的生态系统服务功能总价值为100.657亿元,直接使用价值为93.039亿元,占总价值的92.43%;间接使用价值为7.618亿元,占总价值的7.57%。其中生物资源价值最大为87.28亿元,占总价值的86.71%,其次调蓄功能价值为5.03亿元,占总价值的5%。洪湖湿地生态系统服务功能价值目前以生物资源价值、调蓄功能价值为主,其价值可为洪湖流域生态补偿以及资源的有偿使用相关管理提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theoretical methods of resource economics and ecological economics,this study conducted a preliminary assessment of the direct use value and indirect use value of the Honghu wetland in 2017.The evaluation results show that the total value of the ecosystem service function of Honghu Wetland is 10.065 billion yuan.The direct use value is 9.390 billion yuan,accounting for 92.43% of the total value;the indirect use value is 761.8 million yuan,accounting for 7.57%of the total value.The value of biological resources is 8.728 billion yuan,accounting for86.71% of the total value.The storage function value is 503 million yuan,accounting for 5%of the total value.The research results show that the service value of Honghu wetland ecosystem service is currently based on the value of biological resources and the value of flood storage.更多还原
