零价纳米铁的制备与应用
Preparation and Application of Zero-Valent Nano-Iron
【摘要】 指出了零价纳米铁由于其特殊的尺寸效应、表面效应及特有的性能,在去除水体中的污染物等方面有很好的应用前景,但目前关于它的制备与应用研究的还不够深入。采用化学液相还原法利用硫酸亚铁溶液制备了零价纳米铁,并通过添加零价纳米铁,探究了其对大豆废水厌氧发酵的影响,从而更好地应用于生产生活中。从产气性能、有机物转化方面分析发现,零价纳米铁对大豆蛋白废水厌氧消化产甲烷有促进作用。实验结果表明:最终产气量为850 mL,比空白提升了55.2%,COD去除率达到了84.1%,蛋白质去除率最高达到了60.31%。
【Abstract】 Due to its special size effect, surface effect and unique properties, zero-valent nano-iron has a good application prospect in the removal of pollutants in water, but its preparation and application research is still not deep enough. In this paper, the chemical liquid phase reduction method was used to prepare zero-valent nano-iron by using ferrous sulfate solution, and the effect of anaerobic fermentation on soybean wastewater was investigated by adding zero-valent nano-iron, which was better applied in production and life. From the aspects of gas production performance and organic matter conversion, it was found that zero-valent nano-iron promoted anaerobic digestion of soy protein wastewater to produce methane. The experimental results show that the final gas production is 850 mL, which is 55.2% higher than the blank; the COD removal rate is 84.1% and the protein removal rate is up to 60.31%.
