我国民营快递企业的竞争力评价与分析——基于信息熵灰关联模型

【摘要】 近几年我国民营快递企业迅速发展,占据了国内大部分快递市场。但由于行业进入壁垒小,同类竞争者越来越多;加之外资和国有快递也依仗自身优势在中国市场地位不容小觑。处于这样一种竞争环境之下,民营快递该如何作为以增强自身竞争力显得尤为关键。在对现今我国民营快递企业的发展现状深入分析之后,从服务质量、市场规模、保障能力、网络水平和财务实力5个方面建立竞争力评价指标体系;采用信息熵灰关联法对具有代表性的顺丰、申通、圆通、韵达4家民营快递进行实证分析;并对我国民营快递提高竞争力提出战略建议。

【Abstract】 In recent years, China’s private express delivery enterprises have developed rapidly, occupying most of the domestic express delivery market. However, due to the small barriers to entry in the industry, more and more competitors are in the same category; foreign capital and state-owned express delivery are also inferior in the Chinese market based on their own advantages.Under such a competitive environment, how private express delivery is particularly important is to enhance its competitiveness. After in-depth analysis of the current development status of China’s private express delivery enterprises, the competitiveness evaluation index system is established from five aspects: service quality, market size, support capability, network level and financial strength; the information entropy gray correlation method is used to represent the representative. The four private express delivery companies of SF, Shentong, Yuantong and Yunda conducted empirical analysis; and proposed strategic suggestions for improving the competitiveness of private express delivery in China.
