The first is the materialism world view conforming to nature, emphasizing the premise of the natural world on social history, the conscious understanding of nature, the priority of environmental protection in economic and social development, and strict adherence to the principle of the ecological civilization. The second is the organic holism of harmonious symbiosis, emphasizing that harmony is the key to green development, that the organic integrity of social-ecological harmony is the premise of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, while the comprehensive development is its inevitable requirement.
