【摘要】 2013年习近平主席倡议"一带一路"至今已经成为中国发展的最大背景,截至2017年一带一路沿线留学生数达到32.72万,全英文专业硕士留学生培养成为重要组成部分.但在实践中仍然存在留学生生源教育水平差别大,语言交流存在障碍、缺乏国际的和中国实践的通用英文教材、全英文师资国际教学经验不足、缺乏留学生实践机会和教学管理制度不完善等问题.根据存在的问题提出,国家和政府政策引导和奖学金设置应从国家战略高度出发,对一带一路沿线国家合理布局;高校完善教学管理制度,在招生、专业、课程设置、教学模式和考核标准等方面建立明确制度和标准;培养具有国际化教学经验的全英文授课师资等建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 President Xi Jinping’s initiative "One Belt, One Road" in 2013 has become the most important background of China’s development in which the number of students studying abroad along the route has reached 327.2 thousand in 2017, of which the training of Professional MA totally in English has become an important part. However, in practice, there are many problems, such as differences in students’ education level, the language barrier in communication, the lack of widely applicable textbook for both Chinese and oversea students and practice opportunity for oversea students, inexperience of English teachers in language competence in international education background, and the imperfect teaching management system. To deal with these problems, it is suggested the national and governmental policy guidance and scholarship setting should be proceed from the national strategic level, to rationally layout the countries along the road, improve the teaching management system in colleges and universities, and establish a clear system and standard in enrollment, majors, curriculum, teaching modes and assessment standards, and cultivate international teaching experienced English teachers.更多还原
