乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯研究进展
Research progress on acetylated distarch phosphates
【摘要】 综述了乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯(ADSP)的制备及应用技术,阐述了国内外研究进展,展望ADSP研究方向,为其进一步研究奠定基础。
【Abstract】 The preparation and application technology of acetylated distarch phosphate(ADSP)were reviewed, the research progress at home and abroad was reviewed, and the research direction of ADSP was prospected, which laid a foundation for its further research.
