【摘要】 目的基于计划行为理论构建无偿献血意愿问卷,以评估普通社区居民献血意愿、探索居民献血意愿的影响因素,从而为采供血机构的无偿献血宣传招募策略的制定提供科学依据。方法采用区分度分析、逐步回归法、相关系数法、Cronbach’s α法、因子分析法进行条目筛选,由保留条目形成无偿献血意愿问卷,采用Cronbach’s α系数评价问卷信度,采用验证性因子分析评价问卷效度。结果无偿献血意愿问卷由9个维度、23个条目组成。总问卷的α系数为0.889,各维度的α系数为0.644～0.917。验证性因子分析显示问卷各维度拟合良好。结论无偿献血意愿问卷的构建基本符合理论构想,各条目具有良好的敏感性、独立性、代表性,问卷有较好的信效度,可以用于评估居民献血意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct a reliable and effective questionnaire for assessment of the blood donation intention in community residents and to explore its influence factors based on the Theory of Planned Behavior for formulating donation recruitment strategy.Methods The good-pooranalysis,stepwise regression analysis,correlation analysis,Cronbach’s ɑanalysis,and factor analysis were used to evaluate the items.Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis was used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The voluntary blood donation intention questionnaire was composed of 9 dimensions and 23 items.Alpha coefficient of total questionnaire was 0.889 and0.644 to 0.917 for each dimension.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire fitted well.Conclusion Each item of this questionnaire has satisfied sensitivity,independence and representativeness.The high reliability and validity of this questionnaire can be used to assess the donation intention of community residents.更多还原
