江苏稻麦产地烘储模式的探索

【摘要】 随着江苏土地流转的加速和收割机械化程度的提高,稻麦单日收获能力及总量持续攀升,但由于产地烘干能力严重不足,高水分稻麦难以及时降水,导致发热霉变,造成采后损失日益严重,制约了主粮规模化生产。因此,为提升江苏省粮食产地烘干能力,本文根据江苏省气候特点、种植模式和农户生产需求,围绕稻麦产地降水、减损、保质的目的,研究稻麦产地适配烘干储藏新模式,为农户提供科学的解决方案。

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of land circulation in Jiangsu province and the improvement of harvesting mechanization degree, the daily harvest capacity and total amount of rice and wheat continue to rise. However, due to the severe shortage of drying capacity in the producing areas, rice and wheat with high moisture content cannot receive precipitation in time, which leads to the high temperature and mildew, causing increasingly serious post-harvest losses and restricting the largescale production of staple grain. Therefore, in order to improve the drying capacity of the grain-producing areas in our province, according to the climatic characteristics, planting patterns and production demands of farmers in Jiangsu province, and centering on the purposes of precipitation, loss reduction and quality preservation in the rice-wheat producing areas, this paper studies a new model of suitable drying and storage in the rice-wheat producing areas, so as to provide scientific solutions for farmers.
