【Abstract】 Based on the perspective of data assets, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction and management of big data in libraries, and proposes an overall framework for the construction of library data assets, including data normalization processing, talent team construction, management platform construction, design and optimization of data application mode. Finally, on basis of the theory of data management knowledge system, the paper constructs the library data asset management system, which includes management process, management specification, management object, security management, quality management and ownership management.更多还原
