BN粉加入量对Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料性能的影响

【摘要】 为了提高均质矾土基Al2O3-SiC-C耐火浇注料的性能,在以88均质矾土颗粒、碳化硅颗粒和细粉、白刚玉细粉、活性α-Al2O3微粉、球状沥青、SiO2微粉、铝酸盐水泥为主要原料的均质矾土基Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料中,添加质量分数分别为0、0. 5%、1. 0%、1. 5%、2. 0%的氮化硼粉(粒度≤1μm),研究氮化硼粉加入量对Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料常温物理性能、抗氧化性能和抗渣侵蚀性的影响。结果表明:添加0. 5%~1%(w)的BN粉有助于试样的烧结致密化;随着BN粉加入量的增加,试样的抗氧化性和抗渣性逐渐增强;综合考虑,BN粉的适宜添加量为0. 5%~1%(w)。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the performance of homogeneous alumina-based Al2 O3-SiC-C castables,boron nitride fine powder( particle size ≤1 μm) was introduced into starting materials of homogeneous bauxite 88 particles,silicon carbide particles and fine powder,white corundum fine powder,active α-Al2 O3 fine powder,spherical asphalt,SiO2 fine powder,and aluminate cement. The effects of boron nitride fine powder addition( mass fraction of 0,0. 5%,1. 0%,1. 5 %,and 2. 0%) on the cold physical properties,oxidation resistance and the slag corrosion resistance of the Al2 O3-SiC-C castables were studied. The results show that the addition of 0. 5%-1. 0% BN can help the sintering of the specimens; as the BN addition increases,the oxidation resistance and the slag corrosion resistance of the specimens enhance; to sum up,the optimal addition of BN is 0. 5%-1. 0%.
