微晶石墨对不烧Al2O3-C耐火材料性能的影响

【摘要】 为了探寻微晶石墨替代鳞片石墨在含碳耐火材料中应用的可行性,以烧结板状刚玉、鳞片石墨、微晶石墨、Si粉、SiO2粉和α-Al2O3粉为原料,以热固性酚醛树脂为结合剂混合均匀后,在150 MPa压力下压制成25mm×25 mm×140 mm的长条试样,经220℃保温24 h后制备不烧Al2O3-C试样。研究了微晶石墨加入质量分数分别为0、2%、4%和6%对不烧Al2O3-C耐火材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着微晶石墨加入量的增加,试样的体积密度略有升高,常温抗折强度和耐压强度稍有提高,高温抗折强度有所增加,抗热震性稍有提高,抗渣侵蚀性有所下降。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the application feasibility of microcrystalline graphite in carbon-containing refractories,the non-fired Al2O3-C specimens were prepared using tabular corundum,flake graphite,microcrystalline graphite,Si powder,SiO2 micropowder and α-alumina micropowder as raw materials,using thermosetting phenolic resin as the binder,mixing,shaping into the size of 25 mm × 25 mm × 140 mm under 150 MPa,and then drying at 220 ℃ for 24 h. Effect of microcrystalline graphite addition( 0,2%,4% and 6%,by mass,the same hereinafter) on the properties of non-fired Al2O3-C refractories was studied. The results show that with the microcrystalline graphite addition increasing,the bulk density of the specimens increases slightly,the cold modulus of rupture and cold crushing strength increase slightly,the hot modulus of rupture and thermal shock resistance increase slightly,but the slag corrosion resistance decreases.
