【Abstract】 The design characteristics,operation control system,automatic regulation system and operation effect of the new,light,energy-saving and automatic tunnel kiln in Lunai Kiln Refractories Co.,Ltd. of Shandong Refractories Group Co.,Ltd. were introduced. Through innovating regional gas cycle design,optimizing the structure of each temperature zone,adopting automatic control system,and supporting with dust removal,desulfurization and catalytic denitrification systems,the tunnel kiln system was upgraded essentially and achieved the goals of high efficiency,automation,energy saving and environmental protection,and also created conditions for intelligent operation and information management and control.更多还原
