单斜ZrO2加入量对CaO材料性能的影响
Effect of monoclinic ZrO2 addition on properties of CaO material
【摘要】 为了改善电熔CaO材料的抗热震性能和抗水化性能,以电熔CaO(5~3、3~1、≤1和≤0. 074 mm)为原料,单斜ZrO2(≤0. 074 mm)为添加剂,热固性酚醛树脂为结合剂,经配料、成型、烘干、1 600℃热处理3 h后,制备了CaO材料。研究了单斜ZrO2加入量(w)分别为0、5%、10%、15%时对CaO材料的抗热震性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明:添加单斜ZrO2可以有效提高CaO材料的抗热震性能;随着单斜ZrO2加入量的增加,试样的抗热震性能提高;综合考虑材料力学性能和抗热震性能,单斜ZrO2加入量(w)为10%时最合适;加入单斜ZrO2可以显著提高试样的抗水化性能,添加量为10%(w)时,试样的抗水化性能最好。
【Abstract】 This work aims at improving the thermal shock resistance and the hydration resistance of fused CaO materials. Fused CaO( 5-3 mm,3-1 mm,1-0 mm and ≤0. 074 mm) was used as the raw material,monoclinic ZrO2( ≤0. 074 mm) as an additive,and thermosetting phenolic resin as a binder. The materials were batched,shaped,dried and fired at 1 600 ℃ for 3 h to obtain CaO specimens. The effect of the monoclinic ZrO2 addition( 0,5%,10% and 15%,by mass) on the thermal shock resistance and microstructure of CaO materials was investigated. The results show that monoclinic ZrO2 can improve the thermal shock resistance of CaO material effectively; with the increasing addition of monoclinic ZrO2,the thermal shock resistance of the specimens improves; in consideration of the mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance,the optimal addition of monoclinic ZrO2 is 10%; the addition of monoclinic ZrO2 can significantly improve the hydration resistance of the specimens; the specimen with 10% monoclinic ZrO2 has the best hydration resistance.
