【摘要】 目的探究新辅助化疗及新辅助同步放化疗对局部进展期食管鳞癌治疗的疗效观察。方法随机选取2017年3月-2018年3月在我院接受治疗的120例局部进展期食管鳞癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组和研究组,每组为60例。对对照组患者采用新辅助化疗的治疗方法,而对研究组患者采用新辅助同步放化疗的治疗方法。观察并记录两组患者的具体情况。结果对照组患者出现肺部并发症、吻合口漏、乳糜胸、心血管并发症以及声音嘶哑等常见风险的总概率要低于研究组患者(t=11.866,P<0.05);研究组患者在手术后1年、3年以及5年的总体生存率要高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,对局部进展期食管鳞癌患者采用新辅助同步放化疗的治疗方法,能够大大减少治疗过程中常见风险的发生概率,提高患者的生存率,值得进一步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy on the treatment of locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods 120 patients with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who were treated in our hospital from March to May 20,2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group and the study group,each group For 60 cases.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy was used in the control group,and neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy was used in the study group.Observe and record the specific conditions of the two groups of patients.Results The total risk of common complications such as pulmonary complications,anastomotic leakage,chylothorax,cardiovascular complications,and hoarseness was significantly lower in the control group than in the study group(t=11.866,P<0.05).The overall survival rate at 1 year,3 years,and 5 years after surgery was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically,the treatment of locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy can greatly reduce the incidence of common risks in the treatment process and improve the survival rate of patients,which is worth further development.更多还原
