【摘要】 目的探究针对性健康教育对白血病化疗患者心理状态及自我效能的影响。方法选取2015年10月至2017年6月在我院化疗的白血病患者82例,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组均为41例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上予以针对性健康教育,分析并对比两组心理状态及自我效能。结果与对照组比较,观察组SAS评分及SDS评分均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组GSES评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对进行化疗的白血病患者实施针对性健康教育,能明显改善患者的心理状态,提升其自我效能感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of targeted health education on the psychological status and self-efficacy of patients with leukemia chemotherapy.Methods Eighty-two patients with leukemia who underwent chemotherapy in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2017 were divided into two groups according to the random number table(n=41).The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given health education on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological status and self-efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the GSES score of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted health education for chemotherapy leukemia patients can significantly improve the patient’s psychological status and enhance their sense of self-efficacy.更多还原
