【摘要】 基于我国体育社会职业运动员在自身合法性权益受损时所产生的维权表现,对其维权意愿进行考察,从社会网络与体育组织制度特征、社会资本、运动员资历三个维度的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:运动员所处社会网络资源所提供的支持越强,其表达维权意愿越强,运动员社会网络中各类人员关系对其体育组织制度的信任程度决定了运动员维权意愿的强弱;社会资源条件决定了其维权愿望的强弱,拥有较强社会资源条件的运动员采取常规方式提出诉愿,表现出较高的维权意愿,社会资源条件较弱的运动员维权意愿受到环境压制表现较弱;维权意愿将随着运动员资历情况呈现出不同状态,运动员从业时限越久,行业经验越丰富,维权意愿越强。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper investigates athletes’ rights protection willingness based on the performance of professional sportsmen in rights protection when their legitimate rights damaged in sports society in China, and researches influence factors from three dimension which include the characteristics of social network and sports organization system, social capital,athletes qualification. The result shows that the more supports from social network resources of athletes, the stronger rights protection willingness to express, and the trust degree of various personnel relations in the social network of athletes in the sports organization system determines the degree of rights protection willingness of athletes; social resource conditions decide the degree of athletes rights protection willingness,athletes who have stronger social resource to take regular ways to express ideas and show higher willingness of rights protection, athletes who have weaker social resource express lesser ideas; the willingness of rights protection presents different status with diverse qualifications of athletes:the longer work time the athletes take, the richer industry experience they have and the stronger willingness of rights protection.更多还原
