内皮损伤兔腹主动脉粥样硬化模型中网膜素与斑块VH-IVUS特征的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的:研究内皮损伤兔腹主动脉粥样硬化模型中网膜素与斑块VH-IVUS特征的相关性。方法:采用Western blot检测血管网膜素水平,VH-IVUS检查斑块成份,分析血管网膜素与斑块VH-IVUS的相关性。结果:Western blot检测高脂饮食组及模型组血管网膜素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),模型组血管网膜素水平显著高于高脂饮食组(P<0.05)。VH-IVUS中,模型组的斑块体积绝对值大于高脂饮食组(P<0.01),模型组纤维组织绝对值体积大于高脂饮食组(P<0.05),血管网膜素表达水平与纤维组织体积绝对值呈正相关(r=0.408,P<0.05)。结论:网膜素在脂质代谢紊乱和内皮损伤的初期表达增加,可能与斑块的稳定性呈正相关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlation between retinal and plaque VH-IVUS in rabbit models of abdominal aorta atherosclerosis. Methods:Western blot was used to detect vascular reticulin levels,VH-IVUS was used to examine plaque components,and the correlation between vascular reticulin and plaque VH-IVUS was analyzed.Results:The levels of vascular reticulin in the high-fat diet group and the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). The vascular reticulin levels in the model group were significantly higher than those in the high-fat diet group(P<0.05). In VH-IVUS,the absolute value of plaque volume in the model group was greater than that in the high-fat diet group(P<0.01). The absolute volume of fibrous tissue in the model group was larger than that in the high-fat diet group(P<0.05). The expression of vascular reticulin was related to fiber. The absolute value of tissue volume was positively correlated(r=0.408,P<0.05). Conclusion:The expression of retinoids in the early stage of lipid metabolism disorder and endothelial injury may be positively correlated with the stability of plaque.
