Co-W-P纳米材料的制备及其催化氨硼烷水解制氢性能研究
Preparation of Co-W-P Nanomaterial and Its Catalytic Performance for Hydrogen Production by Ammonia Borane Hydrolysis
【摘要】 采用化学镀的方法在泡沫海绵上制备了三元非贵金属Co-W-P纳米薄膜催化剂,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对该纳米材料进行了形貌表征。结果表明:通过制备工艺的优化,当pH值为12.5时,所制备的Co-W-P纳米材料在氨硼烷(NH3BH3)水解制氢过程中表现了较高的催化活性,其放氢速率为1 479.1 mL·min-1·g-1,对应的活化能为34.5 kJ·mol-1。
【Abstract】 Ternary non-noble metal Co-W-P nano-film catalyst was prepared on the foam sponge by electroless plating. The nano-material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that the Co-W-P nanomaterial prepared by optimized process exhibited high catalytic activity in the hydrogen production through the hydrolysis of ammonia borane(NH3BH3),the hydrogen generation rate was 1479.1. mL·(min·g)-1, and the corresponding activation energy was 34.5 kJ·mol-1.
