SnO2-Fe2O3/石墨烯复合材料的制备
Preparation of SnO2-Fe2O3/Graphene Composite
【摘要】 采用Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯,经过氧化石墨烯与氯化铁进行水热合成反应,再用氯化亚锡进行氧化还原反应,最终煅烧得到SnO2-Fe2O3/石墨烯复合材料。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜等对制备的材料进行了表征且表征结果良好。合成后的复合材料预想主要应用于锂离子电池的负极,它的主要特点是电化学性能比原先单一材料的性能好,并能够互相弥补单一材料作为锂离子电池负极时的缺点,成为一种理想的锂离子电池负极材料。
【Abstract】 Graphene oxide was prepared by Hummers method. Through hydrothermal synthesis reaction of graphene oxide and ferric chloride and redox reaction of stannous chloride, SnO2-Fe2O3/graphene composite was finally produced by calcination. The prepared materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and the result was good. The synthesized composite material is expected to be mainly applied to the negative electrode of lithium ion battery. Its main feature is that the electrochemical performance is better than that of the original single material, and it can complement the disadvantages of a single material as a negative electrode of a lithium ion battery. Thus, it can be an ideal lithium ion battery anode material.
