【Abstract】 Blended teaching focuses on combining the advantages of traditional classroom teaching and network teaching, reflecting the teaching concept of "student-centered and teacher-led", which is of great help to cultivate students’ professional ability. Huaian Vocational College of Information Technology implements the course resources development and effective teaching evaluation reform, systematically promotes the blended teaching by constructing the top-level framework.
