【Abstract】 Osteoporosis is a very common disease among elderly people but still no effective therapy to cure. Drug therapy as the prevent treatment in osteoporosis has been proved valuable in releasing the clinical symptom and prevent the progress of fracture. With the increasing variety of osteoporosis drugs, the comprehension of the effect and side effect of drugs are growing. The laboratory and clinical studies of osteoporosis were reviewed, and the efficacy and safety of drug were summarized in this article, hopefully it can provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of osteoporosis.更多还原
