【摘要】 基于湖南省17所研究生培养高校的详实数据,加入生源指标运用DEA模型对湖南省研究生教育效率进行评估,并对非DEA有效高校进行了投影分析。结果表明:湖南省研究生教育效率整体处于中等水平;不同性质、不同类型的高校效率存在差异;非DEA有效高校普遍存在产出不足;导致非DEA有效高校的主要原因是资源经营管理不善和经费利用率不高。提高湖南省研究生教育效率应该增加研究生教育投入并提高投入质量,建立科学激励机制扩大研究生教育产出,构建资源共享体系以提高资源利用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the detailed data of 17 graduate training colleges and universities in hunan province, the DEA model was used to evaluate the efficiency of graduate education in Hunan province with the addition of student source index and the projection analysis of non-dea effective colleges and universities. The results show that the overall efficiency of postgraduate education in Hunan province is at a medium level. There are differences in the efficiency of colleges and universities with different properties and types. The output of non-dea effective universities is generally insufficient; the main reasons for non-dea effectiveness are poor management of resources and low utilization rate of funds. To improve the efficiency of postgraduate education in Hunan province, we should increase the investment in postgraduate education and improve the quality of investment, establish scientific incentive mechanism to expand the output of postgraduate education, and build resource sharing system to improve resource utilization.更多还原
